Welcome to WICKED Themed Barrelates at Frequency Wellness Space! Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates Instructor and Alex Alletto, Certified Barre Instructor, for a fun way to end your week with a WICKED muscial soundtrack class where Julia will be Team Glinda and Alex will be Team Elphaba. Which side will you choose?? Wear your best Glinda (PINK) outfit if you're Team Glinda. Wear your best Elphaba (GREEN) outfit if you're Team Elphaba! This will be SUCH a fun class and we can't wait to see you there!

The event will be held indoors and is open to all levels of fitness. The class will be a mix of Pilates and Barre and held from 5:30-6:30pm. Don't miss out on this WICKED experience where we combine music with movement. We're so excited!
