Come ready to work for Julia's first official pop-up barre class! Julia Tiberio has been a fitness instructor for 6+ years and currently teaches Mat Pilates and Sculpt classes. Now certified in Barre, she's hosting her first pop-up for free as a THANK YOU to the fitness community for their support and an opportunity to try a Barre class if you've been curious!
What is Barre? Barre is a low impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on small, isometric movements that target and tone the muscles of the legs, arms, core, and glutes. This class will be at a faster pace, but as always Julia will offer modifications and it is open to all fitness levels!
